Abstract Loop Ceramic Sculpture in Terracotta and Blue Tones, Signed "NG"
$224.00
Handmade abstract ceramic sculpture with a twisting upright form, two open loops and an oval base. Its flowing contours create changing silhouettes when viewed from different angles.
Terracotta-colored surfaces transition to pale blue around the upper loop, with dark accents emphasizing a dense pattern of fine incised lines. The textured finish and asymmetrical modeling give the sculpture an organic character.
Incised markings appear underneath. Attributed to Neil Gillespie.
Measures 5.5 inches high and 3 inches wide.
