Signed Figural Studio Pottery Sculpture with Green and Ochre Decoration

Small figural studio pottery sculpture depicting a seated figure with broad shoulders and curved arms resting on an integrated oval base. Open spaces beneath the arms frame the torso, while a shallow central recess gives the lower portion a vessel-like form.

The rounded head features an abstract face defined by looping incised lines. Ochre-yellow accents contrast with the muted gray-brown torso and deep green lower section. Irregular contours, visible modeling marks and layered color emphasize the tactile surface, lending the piece a Brutalist character.

Measuring approximately 5 inches high and 3 inches wide, the sculpture combines compact proportions with expressive figural abstraction.
