Handmade studio pottery vase with an asymmetrical cylindrical form and an overlapping diagonal seam. An uneven, sloping rim gives the vessel a sculptural profile.
An incised lattice pattern wraps around the exterior, with cobalt blue accents pooling in the recessed decoration and extending into bold vertical strokes. The gray-blue glaze contrasts with earthy patches of exposed clay, emphasizing the textured surface and handmade construction.
The underside bears an incised “NG” mark and additional numerals. Attributed to Neil Gillespie.
